Ordering from ventrea
Each product page has a short form with two fields: your name and your mobile number. Nothing else is asked, and nothing is paid on the website.
From the form to the parcel
Fill in the form on the product page and press the order button.
An advisor phones you, usually the same day, and goes through the product, the total price and the delivery address with you.
The parcel leaves only once that call has taken place. If nobody can reach you, nothing is sent.
A mistake in the form
Say so during the call. The advisor corrects the address or the product before anything is sent, or cancels the request if you prefer.

Can I order for a relative?
Yes. Choose the right country code and give the number of the person who will receive the parcel.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, no password and no newsletter.
