Refusing a parcel or sending it back

Since payment happens at delivery, changing your mind before paying costs nothing.

Before paying

Tell the advisor during the call that you no longer want the product, or refuse the parcel in front of the courier. Nothing is owed.

After paying

If the pack is damaged or is not the product you ordered, write to info@ventrea.shop with the product name and the mobile number used for the order. We answer with the solution the distributor offers in your country.
