Personal data at ventrea
An order needs two pieces of information: a name and a mobile number.
What they are used for
The confirmation call and the delivery. They are stored encrypted and passed only to the distributor who ships the product.
What we never do
Sell them or send advertising.
Visit statistics
ventrea uses Microsoft Clarity to see how the shop is browsed (which pages are opened, what is clicked, how far a page is scrolled) and to improve it. Clarity can place cookies of its own to do this measuring. The name and mobile fields are masked: what is typed in them is never passed to Clarity. None of it serves advertising, and nothing is resold.
Deleting them
Write to info@ventrea.shop with the mobile number of the order; the data is deleted within 30 days, apart from what the law obliges us to keep.
